Real projects delivered with our installer partners. See how we support renewable professionals to deliver successful energy systems.

Immersa partnered with Oakes Energy to support the delivery of a fully off-grid energy system for Five Acre Community Garden CIC. The site required a reliable source of electricity but faced a significant challenge: obtaining a grid connection was not feasible within the project's required timeframe. To overcome this, Oakes Energy delivered a standalone energy solution combining solar generation, battery storage and generator backup, allowing the site to operate independently from the grid. At the heart of the system is the AlphaESS G3-H50 platform, one of the latest additions to AlphaESS's commercial battery range.

Immersa partnered with Bavenhill to support the delivery of a large-scale solar and battery storage system at Lower Heath Farm. As one of Bavenhill's long-standing customers, the project focused on delivering a robust and future-ready energy solution that could significantly reduce reliance on grid electricity. The scheme combines a 636kWp ground-mounted solar installation with a containerised 940kWh battery energy storage system, designed to operate efficiently within site constraints while maximising on-site energy usage.

Immersa partnered with Natural Generation Ltd to support the addition of battery storage at Hill Farm, a long standing customer site with existing solar and wind installations. The farm had already invested in renewable generation, with both rooftop solar and a wind turbine contributing to its energy mix. The introduction of battery storage was designed to build on this foundation, capturing excess generation and enabling greater energy independence.

Immersa partnered with Current Renewables to support the delivery of a solar and battery storage system at Moat Farm, a newly constructed site with no historical energy usage data. Our role was to provide the engineering, system design and battery supply needed to help the installer deliver a solution that met immediate demand while remaining flexible for future expansion.

Immersa partnered with Oakes Energy to design, supply and commission a highly specialised system for ABB: a 900kWp ground-mounted solar array integrated with a 250kW / 553kWh battery energy storage system. The project demanded advanced hybrid-coupling and careful engineering to operate effectively on a site with strict export limitations.

As part of a long-standing delivery partnership, Immersa supported Natural Generation Ltd in deploying a commercial solar and battery storage system at Chynoweth Farm using AlphaESS's newly launched Stax-M50 platform. The project represents one of the first Stax-M50 installations in the UK and showcases the flexibility and scalability of AlphaESS's latest commercial and industrial battery technology. The scheme combines rooftop solar with a modular battery solution designed to maximise on-site renewable utilisation and improve long-term energy efficiency.

Immersa partnered with Murphy Group, a leading infrastructure developer, to deliver a battery energy storage system as part of the Cambridge South Station development, a major infrastructure project led by Network Rail. Unlike typical commercial installations, this project required working within a highly regulated environment, integrating battery storage into a wider transport infrastructure scheme alongside established contractors and engineering teams. Immersa was responsible for the full delivery of the BESS solution, from design through to installation and integration.
Immersa partnered with Styne Renewables to support the delivery of a ground-mount solar and battery installation at Ford Farms. The objective was to significantly reduce grid reliance through an optimised solar + storage solution designed to maximise self-consumption and operate efficiently within the site’s grid connection agreement. The scheme combines a 295kWp ground-mounted solar array with a containerised AlphaESS 100kW / 443kWh battery system, with 215kWp of solar DC-coupled directly into the BESS to enhance system performance.

Immersa supported Bavenhill as their technical design and engineering partner on a commercial solar and storage system for Webbs Garden Centre. Our role was to ensure Bavenhill had everything they needed, from modelling and system architecture to procurement and commissioning support, to deliver a high-performing installation for their end customer.

Immersa partnered with Bavenhill to support the design, modelling and supply of a solar and battery storage system for Leadenporch Farm. The goal was to help Bavenhill deliver a solution that reduced the farm’s daytime energy costs, maximised on-site use of clean generation, and supported the site’s variable load profile.
